FLEET COORDINATOR

The fleet coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the People Inc vehicle fleet.  Responsible for ensuring confidentiality is strictly maintained concerning all agency-related information.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting the Purchasing AVP and Director with Fleet Management. Requesting and updating vehicle registrations and insurance. Maintaining the agency fleet fuel (WEX) account. Maintaining the agency fleet maintenance (Holman) account including communication to sites and tracking completion regarding preventative vehicle maintenance and vehicle recalls. Regularly updating the People Inc. fleet database. Accident reporting to internal and external parties. Managing the motor vehicle accident claims and repairs with internal and external parties. Assists in monitoring vendor performance, negotiating pricing and soliciting RFQ’s Data entry and management. Complies with all agency policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned including, but not limited to, administrative and purchasing tasks as assigned.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

2 year degree or equivalent, and 3 years full time office experience. Vehicle maintenance and or motor vehicle accident management knowledge preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
