The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the company's vehicle fleet by conducting regular inspections, coordinating repairs, and ensuring all vehicles are in top working condition. This role also involves training Hydrovac operators and troubleshooting any issues with operators and managers to ensure smooth and safe operations. 

Salary: $65-80,000 yearly based on experience 

 

What You'll Be Doing:

Inspections of each truck in the region’s fleet done semi-annually/annuallyTrains and develops Operators in the region.Troubleshooting and Maintenance including 24 hours on call basis for emergency repairs.Ensure the fleet management program is carried out in the Region and set up the necessary supplier relationships to keep the trucks in working order.Ensure compliance to Badger’s safety and high service standards in the Region.Establish regular fleet inspection schedules for the region.
