Posting Summary
The University Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for management of electric vehicle charging infrastructure ( EVSE ), implementation and operation of a shared fleet system, and centralization of university vehicle purchasing.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, Logistics, Facilities Management, or a related field. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and regulatory compliance. Must have a valid U.S. driver license and the ability to be certified to operate UVM vehicles. Effective customer service, communication, organization and analytical skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, to include word processing, email, calendars, spreadsheets.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience with proprietary scheduling or resource planning software
Experience with Electric Vehicles and EVSE
Experience in a higher education environment
Experience supervising part-time employees
Knowledge of EV charging technologies
Anticipated Pay Range $24-$30.00/hour
