Fleet Coordinator

**Overview**
Responsible for managing print fleet at client site. Responsibilities include responding to trouble tickets, creating IT work orders and resolving MFD issues.
**Responsibilities**
+ Place change of address, new installations, follow up calls and validation calls on MFD fleet
+ Assist with routing trouble tickets to correct group to resolve issues
+ Creating IT work orders
+ Collecting and recording monthly MFD meter reads
+ Maintaining an accurate database
+ Assist with setting up new devices and relocating existing equipment
+ Assisting end users with software issues and diagnosing the issue
+ Assisting end users with fax issues and diagnosing the issue
+ Understand networking and printer configuration
+ Use a Monitoring System to monitor the operational status of each MFD in the fleet, and to immediately react and resolve all MFD malfunctions by contacting the appropriate on-site representative via phone or BlackBerry
+ Additional duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ High School diploma required. Some secondary education preferred
+ 2-4 years’ experience in a related field
+ Computer and networking knowledge, Microsoft Windows, network and Office experience
+ Excellent customer services skills
+ Must be detail oriented
+ Must be able to multi-task
**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
Intermittent physical activity including reaching, prolonged periods of sitting, bending, or lifting (up to 50lbs)
Will encounter stressful situations
