Fleet Finance Coordinator

Job Summary:

Primoris' Fleet Team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Finance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for regularly auditing internal purchase orders, reviewing vendor statements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Internal Purchase Orders: Regularly review and audit internal purchase orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. Review Vendor Statements: Examine vendor statements for discrepancies, verify transactions, and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all purchase orders, vendor statements, and related documentation. Coordinate with Departments: Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders and vendor statements. Prepare Reports: Generate and distribute regular reports on audit findings, discrepancies, and resolutions. Support Procurement Team: Assist the procurement team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Experience: Preferred 2-year minimum experience in an administrative role, with a focus on procurement or auditing. Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management is a plus.
