Job Description:

The Fleet & Fuel Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting RaceTrac’s fuel and fleet marketing campaigns and initiatives, both B2C and B2B. This individual will support many marketing functions, including supporting campaigns for core and professional driver audiences, developing and updating sales collateral, managing deliverables and logistics for industry events and partners, managing the review and approval process for miscellaneous creative assets, and general project management and administrative support to ensure all initiatives are aligned with fleet and pro driver goals. Up to 10% travel required. 

Responsibilities:

As part of the Marketing Campaigns team, this role supports the Fleet Marketing Manager and Fuel Marketing Manager with the execution of strategic campaigns, sales enablement initiatives, and loyalty program elements involving pro drivers or fuel rewards. Initiatives may include fuel discount programs, loyalty-driven fuel promotions, and value-based campaigns.Collaborates with members of the B2B Sales Team and Fuel Team on “best practices” and ensures that all sales-related requests are executed on time and budget. Supports key initiatives for pro driver and fleet audiences, including: payment acceptance, fleet loyalty program, RaceTrac card sales, aggregator and vendor marketing, on-lot signage and collateral, Truck Driver Appreciation Month campaign, and more.  Assists fuel and fleet teams with coordinating and supporting face-to-face events and tradeshows; may include:  Coordinating sponsorship and exhibition opportunities Ordering swag or giveaway items  Printing sales enablement materials Reconciling costs associated with event travel and sponsorship Supports Campaigns team with day-to-day agency and campaign management for fuel, fleet and pro driver initiatives, including (but not limited to) meeting coordination, brief development, internal review processes, creative feedback, content production and reporting. This support includes: Campaign and project planning, execution, and measurement including routing assets across multiple departments for input and alignment and consolidating feedback to provide to agency partners  Managing the flow of assets between agency and internal stakeholders over the lifecycle of various campaigns and projects Overseeing agency and internal timelines and budgets. Reviewing creative and ensuring deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals as outlined in the brief.  Working alongside cross-functional teams to support execution of vendor marketing initiatives. Acts as a steward of the RaceTrac brand guidelines to ensure internal and agency creative materials align with the established principles.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year College or University in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred0-2 years’ experience in marketing or related field preferred.Proficient in MS Office SuitePrevious work experience in marketing for B2B, fleet, and/or professional driver a plus.Proven ability to transform a strategy and vision into actionable plansAbility to collaborate and influence cross-functionallyWell-developed verbal, written, and presentation skillsAbility to understand and synthesize data and insightsAbility to steward and apply brand guidelines to deliverables and campaigns
