Provides expertise in analyzing training problems, developing and recommending solutions relative to Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), and the training department requirements to include the following areas: Accreditation, Training System Development, Training Program Effectiveness, and Training Staff Development.
