**Job Overview:**
The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor will have direct oversight of 12 technicians and an operations specialist. Our shop provides maintenance for 45 pieces of equipment. The supervisor will provide leadership and oversight of workflows, direct and forecast repairs, determine equipment quantities needed for daily operation, and schedule services utilizing data from compass; Must be comfortable with MS Office Suite, Adobe, and other computer applications required to perform the job.
The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor will assist with education and training for the technicians, provide direct and field training to guide them through repairs, coaching them on proper procedures and providing them necessary resources to complete their tasks.
On the Job Training: Monday through Friday
Work Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 12:00 to 8:00pm
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Oversees the day-to-day operations of employees in the maintenance shop.
+ Coordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality.
+ Reviews driver repairs and other maintenance requests and prepares work order documents.
+ Performs mechanical duties as needed.
+ Monitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed.
+ Oversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.
+ Interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations.
+ Creates and submits reports as necessary.
III. Qualifications
A. Required Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
+ 4 years years of relevant work experience. (in addition to education requirements)
+ Valid Driver's License

+ This job operates in a mix between an office environment and plant/field environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc.
The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 per year. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay.
