About the Role: The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Fleet and Maintenance team and field locations with the goal of ensuring compliance, improving performance, and developing Maintenance personnel.

This role is centered in Lombard, Illinois; however, qualified applicants residing in other locations will be considered. Salary Range $50,000-$62,200 annually

 

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

 

Costing Models for Business Develop

Manage the BD projects for the F/M team Maintain the costing modelAssist in building costing models

 

Data Management and Reporting

Pull final KPI information for Transdev locations and provide JDE upload document to financeCollect the manual KPI forms for all non-Transdev EAM locations and provide to financeCollect mileage KPI data from all Transit locations (incl. ops only contracts)Review EAM and BI to ensure data integrityManage and resolve user tickets for EAM application support, including new users, system access,

data correction and application issues

Manage Maintenance Information System EAM updates and maintenanceMaintain the departments information landing pageAssist with MBR file each month from the prior month to ensure continuity of comments and dataCreate and provide adhoc reports as required

 

 

Fleet Management

Provide central control Fleet information and new fleet entriesProvide Fleet and service usage information Monitor EAM locations vehicle inventory activityManage the Centralized Fleet informationWorks with OEM’s for vehicle specification information

 

Other

Assist with new location start-ups and location closuresAssist in the development of Maintenance support personnel

 

 

Experience Required:

5 years minimum experience in Fleet management5 years experience in Hexagon EAM systems 

Skills and Knowledge:

Knowledge of inventory control, warranty recovery, shipping and receiving.Preferred general knowledge of spare parts specifications and vendorsKnowledge of transit vehicle specificationsAbility to work without direct supervisionBasic SQL knowledgeBasic knowledge of Power BIStrong organizational capabilitiesStrong Excel, Word, and PP capabilitiesStrong communication skills both written and oral

Travel as a percent:  50%
