We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager for a senior role within a market leading offshore company. As the lead of the Operations Superintendents team, you will oversee a fleet of approximately 12 barges (with more to join soon), managing a team of 2 direct reports and a broader operations team.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise all fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of 12 vessels under your care. Directly manage two Operations Superintendents, providing guidance and leadership to ensure optimal fleet performance. Collaborate with senior management to meet strategic goals, ensuring the fleet operates in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Support operational excellence, leveraging previous experience in fleet management and GCC operations. Requirements: Proven fleet management experience is essential, particularly within the GCC region. A background in sailing is beneficial, though fleet management skills are the top priority. Experience managing jack-up barges is a plus, though not essential. Strong managerial and leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to oversee teams and large-scale operations.
