Job Title: Fleet Manager
Job Description

The Fleet Manager is the single point of contact for Mobile Equipment related items. The Fleet Manager supervises the Fleet Maintenance team and will be responsible for overseeing 800 pieces of equipment across three shifts. The role involves managing 22-25 people, primarily during the 1st shift from 5 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional but minimal weekend work. Hours may be longer on some days.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise the Fleet Maintenance team.Manage 800 pieces of equipment across three shifts.Oversee 22-25 team members.Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of fleet equipment.Order parts and manage inventory.Develop and implement fleet management processes.Provide leadership and direction to the team.Ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.Essential SkillsStrong leadership experience (5+ years) with accountability, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Fleet management experience, including workflow management, ordering parts, and process management.Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and tablet use.Experience in maintenance, electrical repair, and troubleshooting.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience as a Hilo or Forklift Mechanic.Project management skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The position is based in a large automotive facility. The 1st shift runs from 5 AM to 3:30 PM, with minimal weekend work. The role may require longer hours on some days.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
