Admiral Beverage is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet maintenance and operations by performing the following duties.Job DescriptionPrimary Location:
Albuquerque, New MexicoESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand OSHA, DOT, FMCSA and company Fleet specific rules and regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements.Maintains and manages accurate records of maintenance, repairs, licensing, reporting, fuel system, operator credentials and documents, as well as financial reporting accuracy.Work with offsite locations to coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling to support fleet availability requirements.Monitor the execution of company Fleet standards and communicate issues, training opportunities and changes.Establishes uniform correspondence procedures and style practices.Reviews workflows, documents, and processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.Prepare activities reports for guidance of management.QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Requires knowledge of Fleet information systems including the use of personal computers and applications software for Excel, Word processing, spreadsheets, and network communications. Experience with fleet maintenance, fuel maintenance and operator standard interface is preferred.COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to draft routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
