The schedule for this opportunity will be 2nd shift Monday through Friday, with overtime eligibility. 

 

As a Fleet Mechanic II, you can expect to:

Operate automotive, construction and material handling equipment.Operate and repair hydraulic systemsPerform engine, electrical and drivability diagnostics/repair.Perform DOT and manufacturer recommended servicing and inspectionsProvide clear and accurate information when entering work order data into a fleet maintenance system.Be responsible for scheduling and prioritizing work derived from driver reports.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

At least 3 years of related experience.High school diploma or its equivalent.Valid driver’s license with good driving record.Customer focused, strong work ethic and positive.Be a safety oriented individual.  CDL B license license is required, but can be obtained after employment begins and training and reimbursement will be provided.Candidates must provide truck technician hand tools.Diesel vocational/technical school certifications desired.This position is contingent upon your ability to pass a preemployment criminal history check and drug screen.
