**Job Title: Mechanic** **Job Description** Candidates will be assigned to a large facility in Warren. They will be expected to perform service work and repairs on fleet equipment. The role involves troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, then making the necessary repairs. This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week. **Responsibilities** + Perform service work and repairs on fleet equipment. + Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fleet equipment. + Make necessary repairs based on diagnostics. + Adhere to preventive maintenance schedules. **Essential Skills** + Experience with fleet maintenance and troubleshooting equipment. + Mechanical skills, including blueprint reading, repair, and preventive maintenance. + Knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, electrical systems, and forklift repair. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Relevant certifications (preferred). **Why Work Here?** Union membership after 90 days with great benefits. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Warren, Michigan **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $73840.00 Union after 90 days, great benefits. Opportunity to get hired into GM after 2-3 years. GM likes to pluck people from Aramark. Next union contract is in March and pay rates will go up.
