**Overview** **SIGN-ON BONUS $1,500 ($500 after 30 days, $500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months)** **M-TH 7 PM - 5:30 AM Schedule with OT Potential** **$32.50-37.90 /HR. based on certifications with Union Benefits and Contracted Pay Increases** This position plans, organizes and directs the maintenance and repair of the building and its equipment. **Responsibilities** + Ensure a safe working of all equipment and systems + Maintain equipment to ensure reliability – oil, grease, adjust as needed (conveyor and related equipment; forklifts, etc.) + Maintain cost in department (parts, cleaning supplies etc.) + Set specifications for new equipment and forklifts + Work with vendors on new equipment + Basic building maintenance (i.e. repairs to interior/exterior building) + Work with vendors on new equipment **Qualifications** + High School diploma or its equivalent + 5+ years electric lift truck experience + Knowledge of conveyor/material handling equipment + Ability to read, speak, understand and follow English instructions + Ability to read blue prints and schematics on electric equipment + Experience in building trades (painting, sheet rocking, welding and HVAC) + Class A Driver’s License + Mechanical aptitude **Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:** + Frequent Carry or Lift up to 20 pounds to perform various duties as assigned + Frequent Push or Pull up to 20 pounds. + Occasional carry or lift up to 100 lbs (Truck Tire). + Frequent Standing or Walking for periods at a time + Frequent Squatting or Bending to perform various office duties as assigned + Occasional Climb Stairs **EEO Statement** Breakthru Beverage Group is an equal opportunity employer.
