**Job Title: Fleet Operations Manager** **Job Description** A recognized leading distributor in the Midwest for Pipe, Valve, and Fittings is looking to add a Fleet Manager. This candidate would be responsible for centrally managing the organization’s transportation equipment, processes, technology, and overall strategy. This person will develop, enhance, and monitor corporate KPIs and other measurement systems associated with equipment, drivers, safety, maintenance, and training processes. This person must ensure that all company vehicles and employees meet safety and compliance requirements, including DOT and OSHA guidelines as well as company policies. **Responsibilities** + Manage all aspects of the organization’s fleet program, including leasing, purchases, sales, maintenance, and repair process. + Partner closely with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality, safety, and effective cost management.
