The Fleet Management team oversees all fleet performance and fleet maintenance to increase productivity, ensure compliance with government regulations, and to help operations run smoothly and efficiently. This team is essential to a smooth operating fleet of vehicles, no matter the size. ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a Fleet Safety Administrator with a primary responsibility to support the company’s Fleet Safety program with administrative and clerical duties. Administrative support for the Fleet Safety Manager. This role will focus primarily on Fleet Safety incidents, accident administrative support, and DOT compliance administrative duties.Prepare reports and presentations on Fleet Safety performance and compliance.Communicate with body-shops, related vendors, and employees regarding repair status.Prepare and file documents as directed. Knowledge: Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.   Job Complexity: Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships. Supervision: Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. ABOUT YOUWell organized Individual with good administrative skills.A strong background working with Excel, JDE, Fleet Telematics, and Microsoft Office is a bonus.The ability to complete work quickly and properly.Must have good technology, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage confidential and proprietary information in an ethical and professional manner.Must have good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to perform routine clerical, office functions and make mathematical calculations.Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions, and work as part of a team.Good attendance and dependability is a must in this position. Must have the ability to work alone and in a team environment while being self-driven.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSAny combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying. Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate Degree in Accounting, Business Management or other related field experience preferred. Experience: A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in general office practices.
