Summary

The Fleet & Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for tracking and managing company assets such as vehicles, locating equipment, and technology in their respective district or department.  They are responsible for vehicle and equipment conditions, preventative and accident maintenance schedules, and overall equipment cost optimization.

Responsibilities

Mange and track all company vehicles and assets within a specific districtTravel to field locations regularly to support technicians and ensure best equipment/fleet procedures are practicedEnsure proper paint/battery disposal methods are followedResponsible for accurate fleet and asset assignmentsResponsible for repair and retirement proceduresPerforms periodic reporting and administrative functionsManage multiple vendor and partner relations

Requirements

Associate’s degree preferred or technical certification preferred, high school education required2+ years related experienceExcellent organizational abilitiesAbility to travel 20-25% of the timeSkilled at managing competing prioritiesKnowledge of computer hardware preferred
