Rite-Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a Fleet Support Electronics Technician with experience in Linux to support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Code 34 Electronic Warfare Program. The ideal candidate will work on cutting-edge electronic warfare systems, assisting with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance. No Navy experience is necessary, but familiarity with military systems is a significant plus. \n

Primary Responsibilities: \n\nInstall, configure, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems and embedded devices. \nSupport testing, maintenance, and repair of electronic warfare systems and equipment. \nAssist in system integration, ensuring compatibility with program requirements \nPerform routine diagnostics to identify and resolve hardware and software issues. \nCollaborate with engineers and program staff to implement system upgrades and improvements. \nDocument procedures, test results, and technical issues for system records. \nProvide technical support for field operations, as needed. \nMaintain compliance with Navy and DoD security and operational standards. \n\n

Position Requirements: \n\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent technical training) \nProficiency in Linux-based operating systems (command-line expertise is essential) \nUnderstanding of electronics fundamentals, including wiring, circuit boards, and schematics. \nAbility to troubleshoot and repair electronic components and systems. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nU.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.\n\n

Additional Skills of interest (not required):\n\nFamiliarity with electronic warfare systems and concepts.\nActive DoD secret security clearance\nExperience with embedded systems, networking, or scripting (e.g., Bash, Python). \nKnowledge of DoD protocols and standards.\nAbility to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. \nWillingness to travel within the U.S. 20% annually to support field operations or testing. \n\n
