Fleet Support Specialist
MAU is hiring a Fleet Support Specialist for our client in Greer, SC. As a Fleet Support Specialist you will manage the sourcing, exchanging, and repair of company vehicles for associates and retirees, coordinates logistics with dealerships, ensure timely vehicle exchanges, maintain accurate records, and help optimize inventory to meet key business metrics. This is a contract, long-term assignment.  

Benefits Package Major Medical Coverage, including dental and vision 401k with Employer Matching Term life Short-term disability Accidental loss Uniform allowance Paid time off Paid holidays Market leading pay Opportunity for advancement Long-term assignment with opportunity for hire by client Shift Information Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree, OR Equivalent professional experience (4+ years) in a related field 2+ years of experience delivering exceptional customer service 1+ years of experience in retail, operations, or transportation industries General Requirements Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and diverse environment Exceptional oral and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, even across distances Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to conduct research and make informed, data-driven decisions Essential Functions Source and/or build vehicles for Group associates and retirees within the assigned region Coordinate trucking logistics for vehicle exchanges, ensuring timely delivery to dealerships Collaborate with dealership staff to confirm vehicle arrival, facilitate associate or retiree exchanges, and manage the return vehicle’s location, condition, pricing, and sale Arrange pick-up of returned vehicles from dealerships if the grounding dealer declines to purchase Ensure timely vehicle exchanges for associates and eligible drivers to meet monthly wholesale and/or retail targets, coordinating directly with individuals to schedule and complete exchanges Coordinate titling and registration processes for scheduled vehicle exchanges with local Title/Plater Manage payments for Company Car program-related expenses, including towing, flat tire invoices, and other related costs Oversee vehicle repairs at National Workshop, dealerships, Certified Collision Repair Centers, or local body shops, ensuring minimal downtime from pick-up to completion Optimize company car inventory, balancing key metrics such as resale value and days to sell while maintaining a quality program for associates and retirees Maintain accurate vehicle records, including plate assignments, condition reports, damage disclosures, and other relevant documentation Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor
