Flex Security Officer – Paid Weekly!

Rate: $23.00/hour

Join our team at Securitas Security where you will have the opportunity to serve your community while receiving advanced training in safety & security. This position will give you the opportunity to gain knowledge in the various security solutions we provide to our clients, while learning multiple vacates of the business. In this role you will provide operational support to our cliental. Flex Officers will gain a broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential. 

Flex Officer Objectives: 

Provide security for short-term special security assignments.  Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.  Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.  Weekend and holiday availability needed.  Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.

Requirements: 

18 years of age or older.  High School Diploma OR GED Standard computer and technology skills  Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills  Successful candidates will be of high caliber with a passion for strict compliance with standards of appearance and data center security protocols Dependability and reliability are requirements of this assignment Must be available to work shifts from 16:00-24:00 and 00:00-08:00
