Pay: $18.50-$19.50/hour

cFlex Officers will gain a broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential.

Typical Flex Officer Objectives:

Provide security for short-term special security assignments. Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc. Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers. Weekend and holiday availability needed. Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.

Flex Officer Requirements:

18 years of age or older. High School Diploma OR GED Computer/technology use a plus Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic. Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred Valid Drivers License and clear driving record required Must be able to multi-task and work independently  Must be able to work all Southwest Idaho sites  Must have open work availability (any day of the week, any shift) 

All candidates must be able to pass a drug test & background check.
