Location: Batavia, IL & West Chicago, IL Area

Pay: $19.00/hour

The Flex Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. This role requires flexibility in work hours, locations, and tasks to meet the needs of various assignments across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to handle emergency situations, and exhibit professionalism at all times. What To Expect:

Variety of Tasks: Flex guards may be asked to perform duties ranging from patrolling properties, monitoring surveillance equipment, checking the identity of visitors, ensuring access control, or responding to emergencies. Flexible Hours and Shifts: They may work on short notice or fill in for other security staff during their off days, covering shifts that range from days to nights, weekdays to weekends. Adaptability: Because they work in various settings, flex security guards are trained to handle different types of environments, from office buildings to retail stores to construction sites. Travel: Depending on the employer, flex guards may need to travel between different client sites. Training: Flex guards typically undergo extensive training in security protocols, emergency procedures, first aid, and customer service skills.

Flex Officer Requirements:

18 years of age or older. High School Diploma OR GED Standard computer and technology skills Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic. Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred Previous security experience preferred Must have a Valid Driver's License and clear driving record
