Flex Space Sr Analyst

Your Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to plan and oversee the execution of Market Specific and Off Shelf Merchandising Space strategies. This role is focused on driving productivity in our space by presenting seasonally relevant values to our customers, specific to their uniquely localized needs. Further this role will partner with store leadership and Merchandising to align plans with our enterprise priorities and customer needs.

What You Will Do

• Ensures promotions are strategically aligned to customer needs and the collective set of promotions will meet or exceed Lowe's financial targets for a specific geography of stores.

• Supports deadlines for promotional detail entry are achieved according to the process calendar and space requirement cadence.

• Leads execution plan coordination and alignment with store operations.

• Collaborates with promotional planning team, Merchandising, Marketing, Lowes.com, and other relevant Lowe's business areas to ensure promotional strategies are aligned and supported.

• Supports multiple Merchandise Divisions and works with various cross-functional partners (primarily Merchandising and Marketing) to ensure promotional strategies are aligned and supported.

• Leads coordination of executive review content, rolling up multiple promotions, forecasting and providing business cases where applicable.

• Analyzes program performance to provide insights to internal Flex and Localization team as well as key business partners.

• Supports business case development and presentation of localized customer priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing or related field

•3 years' experience in Pricing & Promotions, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance or related field

Preferred Skills/Experience

•Prior corporate retail experience. Prior experience in localized strategies and/or off shelf merchandising
