The Project Manager will be the key reference point with the customer for complex FPS After Market Solutions Projects. The candidate will be responsible for executing multiple services projects of varying nature to meet and/or exceed customer expectations and business needs.
 

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing all activities associated with the project life cycle.

Translating customer needs/requirements into detailed project plans.

Driving flawless execution to project deliverables through the AMS business, across the wider business functions and through suppliers.

Managing on time mobilisation and delivery of projects.

Focusing on driving financial performance of the business, Cost Out, Upside, Cash in, Margin.

Building positive long-term relationships with global customer to capture market share and ultimately grow the business.

Understanding customer contracts and executing within contract parameters while mitigating risk.

Promoting a risk management mind-set, identifying and eliminating project risk.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have proven experience in Project Execution.

Have sound experience in flexible pipe systems and Oil & Gas industry.

Have established project management skills.

Have good influencing and communicating skills when dealing with different functions.

Have strong team leadership and team building skills.

Be able to deal with complex customers and meet specific requirements when needed.
