Job Summary:

Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team! This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a flexible schedule and a competitive hourly rate of $20 - $25 per hour. As a CNA at Always Best Care, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our senior clients in their homes. This job is located in Honolulu, Hawaii, and offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our elderly clients.

Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance to senior clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical and emotional well-being
- Ensure clients' safety and comfort at all times
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and coworkers
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations

Requirements:

- Valid CNA certification
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working as a CNA preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed
