Production Technician – Flexographic Press Operator Pay Rate: $19 – $24 / hourShift: Monday-Thursday 3:15pm – 1:45am (with overtime as required) Global leader in water, hygiene, and energy technologies in Fort Worth is looking to hire several Flexographic Press Operators for their growing team to operate a flexographic press to produce food safety labels. As A Member of This Team:Review job orders to determine job specifications such as quantities to be printed, production times, colors, and color sequences. Load, position, and adjust paper rolls on equipment. Select and install printing plates, dies, and cylinders in press machines to specifications. Monitor the printing process to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions. Adjust printing plates and pressure rolls to improve print quality. Maintain consistent quality checks during the production run to ensure finished product adheres to customer specifications. Remove printed materials from presses and place in designated areas. Perform preventative maintenance of press machines and report all safety concerns or issues to supervisor. Maintain a clean and safe work environment and complete daily housekeeping assignments. Maintain inventory accuracy. Complete all job-related paperwork accurately. Work with other press operators and supervisors to ensure a smooth shift changeover. Ensure the work conducted withing the production area is performed in a safe and efficient manner.  You Will Need:2-3 years’ experience running a flexographic press machine. Highschool diploma or G.E.D.Able to use computer software. Able to accurately perform basic mathematical calculations. Able to properly utilize a manual pallet jack. Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to identify the “root cause” of a machine problem and determine how to correct it. Effective interpersonal skills.  Why Apply?Eligible to enroll in medical, dental and vision insuranceWeekly pay periodsDirect Deposit offeredMonday thru Thursday work schedule  Your Career Partner:Veteran-founded and family-owned, The Reserves Network specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
