**Job Title: Flexographic Printing Press Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Printing Press Operator to independently operate a Flexographic print machine. The ideal candidate will be able to set up and troubleshoot the machine as needed. Responsibilities include completing ink matches, mounting plates, and tuning rollers, plates, and dies. The machine may require running up to four colors.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate Flexographic print machine independently.
+ Set up and troubleshoot the machine as required.
+ Complete ink matches and mount plates.
+ Tune rollers, plates, and dies.
+ Document and record all materials and time expended using computer software.
+ Inspect the final product and ensure quality standards are met.
+ Operate a forklift as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of Flexographic Digital Print experience.
+ 1+ year of experience in machine setup and troubleshooting.
+ 1+ year of computer experience for documentation purposes.
+ Experience in die cutting and inspection.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Flexographic printing experience is highly preferred.
+ Experience as a Print/Die Cutter operator is considered.
+ Candidates with roll-fed digital backgrounds are preferred over sheet-fed digital backgrounds for a shorter learning curve.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a clean, smaller printing company where employees are well taken care of. We hold drawings for innovative ideas, with prizes such as flat-screen TVs. The standard working hours are Monday-Thursday, from 3 pm to 1:30 am.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
