We are looking for a Corporate Flight Attendant for our Flight Department in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of safety and service to all our passengers.
Responsibilities:
Ensures the safety of airplane passengers while on the aircraft.
Performs pre-flight safety duties and prepares flight for take-off and landing.
Prepares and serves passengers beverages, meals and snacks as appropriate.
Assists passengers with carry-on baggage / items and stocks flights with necessary supplies.
Keeps the cabin clean for passengers’ comfort.
Complete paperwork including tracking office and duty time.
Provide pre-flight safety briefings to passengers as applicable.
Operationally responsible to the PIC on all flights.
Verifies that emergency equipment is on board, stocked and in working condition.
May communicate with Fixed Base Operation (FBO) personnel to arrange and confirm services per Pilot in Command (PIC)’s instruction.
Serves as a first responder and maintains Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid certifications. Assists ill or incapacitated passengers as needed.
Maintains knowledge of and ensures compliance with company policies and government regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration (FARS) regulations.
Must demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills with passengers and flight crew members at all times in an effort to consistently meet or exceed passenger expectations.
Must maintain a culture of safety with efficient procedures that support customer service.
Required to travel away from home for long periods of time.
Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
0-3 years of related customer service experience.
Prior experience as a commercial or corporate Flight Attendant is preferred.
Must maintain a current passport and live within a 2-hour call of Lunken airport.
Flexibility to work schedules that include nights, weekends, holiday and international travel.
Ability to lift, push and pull luggage and equipment up to 50 pounds.
Ability to operate all the entertainment systems and equipment on board the aircraft as well as perform basic troubleshooting.
Must successfully complete flight attendant training and maintain qualifications.
