Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Flight Coordinator, 2nd Shift.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $82500.03 - $121000.04 a year.

What you’ll do:Position Overview:
The Flight Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of flight operations. This includes scheduling flights, coordinating with pilots and maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, and providing excellent customer service to passengers. The Flight Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Flight Operations and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient flight operations. This role will work 2nd shift which is from 1:00pm to 10:00pm.
Job Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate flights, ensuring optimal use of resources and adherence to established policies and procedures, and in compliance with guidelines set forth in the Flight Operations Manual.
• Communicate with pilots, maintenance teams, and other relevant personnel to ensure all flight operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Prepare, audit and maintain aircraft and crew schedules.
• Provide necessary information regarding aircraft use to appropriate parties as requested, to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers and other corporate partners, addressing concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of flight operations, including schedules, maintenance logs, and passenger information.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve flight operations.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• High School Diploma from accredited institution required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in aircraft logistics.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates currently located within a 50 mile radius of Richmond Heights, OH will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
Preferred qualifications:
• FAA Dispatch license preferred, but not required.
• Experience with PFM scheduling software preferred.
