Position Specific Description

Employees in this role schedule crew and aircraft to maximize executive travel request planning and execution. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide or influence others. Significant impact on the organization through complex deliverables.
 
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
Under general supervision:
 
•    Evaluate and collaborate, in unison with flight and maintenance crew, all risk factors while adjusting the trip as necessary to maintain the highest level of safety
 
Ideal Competencies
•    Aviation Experience: 2+ years
•    Highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in written and verbal communication
•    Comprehensive knowledge of aviation weather, FAA regulations, and aircraft performance
•    FAA Private Pilot License
•    FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License
•    NBAA CAM certification

Employees in this role schedule crew and aircraft to maximize executive travel requests. Individuals develop methods to ensure the most effective, efficient, and quality air travel to meet the needs of the executive leader.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Under general supervision:

Pairs flight requests with available aircraft and crew considering maintenance requirements, weather and aircraft performance limitations  Coordinates aircraft handling, hangar space, FBO’s and third party handlers for international trips to ensure that aircraft schedules do not conflict with airport or airspace restrictions Schedules flight crews to ensure compliance with company and FAA flight duty time and crew rest restriction Coordinates charter or jet card aircraft depending on availability and price when company fleet unavailable Provides accounting services such as processing affiliate chargebacks, submitting invoices for payment and SIFL calculations as needed Establishes and maintains records of all flight activity and other supporting data Maintains appropriate records as required by Federal Aviation Regulations and Company policies Provides responses to internal and external audits, investigations or reports Performs other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications High School Grad / GED Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience Experience: 2+ years Preferred Qualifications None
