13036BRJob Description:The Flight Technician acts as third crewmember while on flight status, maintains aircraft airworthiness and provides cabin safety support as well as a high standard of passenger comfort for passengers. The Flight Technician supports base maintenance activity while at home.
In this U.S. Steel Aircraft Division Flight Operations Manual, when reference is made to the use of or duties of the Flight Technician, it is understood that this position will not be staffed for all flights.
Experience & Requirements:
+ Provide in-cabin safety and experience support
+ Three years maintenance experience with high performance turbine aircraft. Experience with Gulfstream aircraft.
Required Education & Licenses:
+ Three years maintenance experience with high performance turbine aircraft. Experience with U.S. Steel Aircraft Division specific aircraft preferred
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Formal maintenance training on U.S. Steel Aircraft Division specific aircraft preferred
+ FAA Airframe and Powerplant license Valid automobile driver's license Valid passport
