Flight Equipment Mechanic
Location - California, MD
Requirements:
Work, cooperate and communicate, as directed, with supervisors, team leaders and coworkers satisfactorily.Knowledgeable with Joint Satellite Tracking System (JSETS), CAD/PAD and AWIS.Observe personal safety and line precautions around aircraft and workspaces.Maintains ALSS equipment and gearPerforms required inspections on Aircrew equipment and gearParticipate in Ordnance Board as requiredQualifications:
Working knowledge of OOMA.Possess a minimum of five years aviation experience.Previously completed Parachute Rigger "A" School.Work in close proximity to ordnance, must have previously qualified as Quality Assurance & Safety Observer (QA/SO).Possess a working knowledge of the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) and 13 Series manuals.High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificateMust be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance and base access*Must be US Citizen to apply*
