As a Flight Line Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading a team responsible for C-130 aircraft maintenance, ensuring mission readiness and operational excellence.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Lead and supervise a team of approximately 20 aircraft maintenance personnel supporting C-130 flight line operations.
• Oversee daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault isolation to ensure aircraft readiness.
• Coordinate and prioritize work assignments to meet production schedules and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and Lockheed Martin flight line procedures.
• Work closely with multiple departments, including engineering, production control, and quality assurance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to develop team members’ technical and operational skills.

Who You Are
• A skilled leader with hands-on experience managing aircraft maintenance teams in a flight line environment.
• An expert in fault isolation, aircraft troubleshooting, and operational readiness.
• Highly knowledgeable in C-130 aircraft systems, including fuel systems and structural components.
• A strong communicator, capable of driving operational efficiency while working in a union environment.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience leading flight line production operations.
• Hands-on experience in live aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong background in aviation production and maintenance processes.
Desired Skills:
• C-130 aircraft experience in a flight line or maintenance setting.
• Crew chief experience with a strong understanding of aircraft operations.
• Fuel systems maintenance and troubleshooting expertise.
• A&P License preferred.
• Proven leadership experience, particularly in unionized environments.
• Ability to manage teams effectively and drive continuous improvement.
• 10 or more years of flight line experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
