Flight Test Instrumentation Process Management Manager - Level 5
**Description:** **We are** _Lockheed Martin_ This position is for the Manager of the Flight Test Instrumentation Process Management Team within the Test & Evaluation Directorate of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics based in Fort Worth, TX\. This role is responsible for technical oversight of the Team as well as cost and schedule performance of assigned work\-scope\. Responsibilities for the Team include: • Provides Instrumentation Technical Leadership and oversight across Lines of Business \(LoBs\) for F\-35, IFG, and ADP Projects\. • Oversee instrumentation design quality and release process across LoBs • Instrumentation and Data Processing Proposal coordination and technical oversight • FTI Supplier Management for Instrumentation development efforts • Facilitate FTI Mod Support across LoBs • Lead Risk and Opportunity Management across Flight Test Instrumentation & Data Processing • Champion NBF & Capital requests to enable Flight Test Instrumentation & Data Processing Projects\. This position interfaces directly with Customer, Program Management, Test Site Leadership, LM Aero Senior Leadership, and various other stakeholders\. The role is responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions\. Occasional travel and overtime may be required\. A level 5 employee **Typically has 14 \- 20 years** of professional experience\. \*\*Must be a US Citizen\.
