Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned float phlebotomist to cover sites in Glendale, Peoria, North Phoenix, and Anthem areas. The position requires flexibility to work different shifts between 6am - 7pm, ensuring coverage across various locations. This role demands high-volume phlebotomy skills, exceptional communication abilities, and reliable transportation.

Option #1 - Will cover sites in the Glendale, Peoria, North Phoenix and Anthem areas basically straight up the I-17 and 101 area, north to Anthem - Hours: 6am -530pm. For example, the earliest shift is 6am - 3pm and the latest shift 830-530.

Option #2 - Will cover sites in Glendale, Peoria, North Phoenix and basically straight up the I-17 and 101 area, northwest. - Hours: 6am -7pm. For example, the earliest shift is 6am - 3pm and the latest shift 10a -7p.

Requires a seasoned phlebotomist with between 1-3 years’ experience, high volume with the ability to draw 30+ patients daily in both IOP/PSC settings. Possess advanced computer skills to include data entry, organization skills, have excellent communication skills, quick learner and exhibit excellent customer service, flexible, adaptable, and most importantly dependable transportation with a valid driver’s license.

ResponsibilitiesCover phlebotomy sites in Glendale, Peoria, North Phoenix, and Anthem areas.Work shifts ranging from 6am to 7pm, with specific hours such as 6am - 3pm and 10am - 7pm.Draw blood from 30+ patients daily in both IOP (In-Office Phlebotomy) and PSC (Patient Service Centers) settings.Perform data entry and maintain organized records.Provide excellent customer service to patients.Adapt quickly to different environments and tasks.Ensure dependable transportation and possess a valid driver’s license.Essential Skills1-3 years of phlebotomy experience.High-volume blood draw experience.Advanced computer skills, including data entry.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Dependable transportation with a valid driver's license.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients.Experience in specimen processing.Quick learner and adaptable to new environments.Work Environment

The position involves working in both PSC (Patient Service Centers) and IOP (In-Office Phlebotomy) settings. The role requires flexibility to cover shifts from 6am to 7pm. The work environment is fast-paced and demands excellent customer service and communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
