**Overview** We are looking for a **Float Property Manager** to join our team to support our Iowa Cooperative locations! On a temporary, fill-in basis, manages and supervises the day to day operations of the homeowner association including, site staff supervision, board relations, committee support, financial oversite, member/owner relations, marketing and sales of community and units and promotes a healthy and vibrant environment for staff and residents. The Property Manager - Float may work alongside of or in place of a site Property Manager.
