We are looking for a Float RN - Registered Nurse to join our team! This position floats to assigned Ebenezer Assisted Living communities to provide RN services and support. This nursing schedule includes;

casual/on call positionevening shiftmust work minimum of 3 shifts per month; 1 must be a weekend shiftCash Out Wages Before Payday with our New Benefit of Early Wage Access!

Responsibilities/Job Description Maintains current assessment and documentation of resident health statusAssures that tenants/residents have up-to-date service agreements and care plans. Implements service agreements with new tenant/residents. Reviews and updates service agreements at least once per year and more frequently when there is a change in service needFacilitates coordination of services with internal and external providersAssures that all physician orders are signed and implemented per the applicable Minnesota home care regulationsManages and oversees medication and treatment administrationMonitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staffSupport RN to act as on call during scheduled times Qualifications

Required:

RN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of Nursing

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross

One to Three Years previous experience in Assisted Living as a Staff NurseSolid understanding of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)

Preferred:
