What to expect.
You will provide compassionate care across various inpatient units at Sheppard Pratt’s Towson campus, ensuring continuity of care and addressing the needs of our patients.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Providing individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Offering supportive counseling and monitoring progress towards treatment goals. Collaborating with treatment team members to communicate patient progress and contribute to treatment planning and aftercare planning processes. Participating in family meetings and collaborative care sessions as needed to support holistic patient care.What you’ll get from us.

Master’s degree from a school accredited by the Council of Social Work Education.
