What will I do?

Respond to customer questions and concerns with empathy, offer solutions, and aim to exceed expectationsProvide prescription counseling, ensuring customers feel confident using their medications at homeAccurately and efficiently complete workflow steps to deliver error-free productsManage product levels, improve processes, identify challenges, and escalate issues as neededStay updated on and support company wellness initiatives, ensuring consistent execution and sharing best practicesAdhere to federal, state, and HIPAA regulations, following all company policies and proceduresConfirm potential licensing in any state where Wegmans operates

Required Certifications:

Pharmacist State License-APhA-American Pharmacists AssociationCertified Pharmacist Immunizer-AphA-American Pharmacists Association

Required Education:

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
