Safety Clean LLC seeks an on- call floater Porter for Various Locations

General Requirements:

Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedures and clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebaskets and trash receptacles; replace light bulbs; refill restroom dispenserUse and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools; buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high-pressure washers, high-speed buffers, and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etcFollow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Use as directed.Perform cleaning and related activities such as removing snow or debris from sidewalks using hand shovels and exterior squeegees. Use salt spreaders to distribute calcium chlorideDaily interaction with customers, vendors & supervisors in a professional manner

Job Qualifications:

Must have relevant experienceHigh school Diploma/GED requiredMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and dependable
