Responsibilities Assist clients in meeting their personal care needs with utmost comfort and dignity. Manage and provide comprehensive support for clients' medication requirements. Monitor the health status of clients and promptly report any changes to the nursing supervisor. Accurately maintain records of all provided care and diligently document any observations or concerns. Offer meaningful companionship, emotional support, and attentive listening to clients to promote their overall well-being. Assist with light housekeeping tasks, proficiently handle meal preparation, and expertly run errands as necessary. Create and maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our valued clients. Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients, their families, and the healthcare team. Remain flexible and available to work during varying assigned times, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to travel to different locations as required to fulfill job responsibilities. Perform a wide range of tasks tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client. Adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities to provide the best possible care and support. Requirements Must possess a valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Hawaii. Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a full-time schedule. Must demonstrate exceptional levels of compassion, patience, and possess excellent communication skills. Ability to efficiently multitask and skillfully prioritize tasks. Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening. Strong work ethic and unwavering dependability. Capability to seamlessly adapt to various tasks and environments. Outstanding communication skills enabling effective interaction with clients and the healthcare team. Benefits Guaranteed payment of $42,000 per year plus bonuses for a full 40 hours per week, regardless of the actual number of hours worked.
