As a Floating Assistant Community Manager with Bell, you will assist the Community Manager with training, the financial administration of the community, and, in some cases, oversight of the leasing staff on a day-to-day basis. This position is responsible for supporting the Leasing Consultant in the leasing of apartments, ensuring that Fair Housing guidelines are followed, verifying potential resident applications, and leasing apartments if necessary.What we can offer you:

Post rental collections and make bank deposits Meet regularly with the Community Manager and Regional Manager to discuss community performance Conduct monthly market surveys and recommend pricing changes Maintain and update resident lease files and computer records for the community, including generation of reports Process notices to vacate & manage delinquency/file evictions as necessary and all associated collections activities Field resident concerns and coordinate resolution with the Community Manager or other members of the leadership team Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Community Manager Regular attendance and punctuality
What you bring to our team:
BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, relevant experience, or a combination Strong collections experience and Accounting/Bookkeeping skills required Onesite/Rent Roll experience preferred 1+ years of property management industry experience preferred Previous supervisory experience preferred Previous leasing experience preferred Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Excel required Onesite knowledge preferred Must demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service and successfully work on a team Superior interpersonal skillsPhysical requirements of the job:
Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs.Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materialsMust be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objectsAbout Bell Partners
