Floating Chef Manager

**The Role at a glance:**
We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Floating Chef Manager to our Corporate Chefs team in MN. As a Chef Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for multiple accounts in the Minneapolis region. This is a Monday - Friday opportunity.
**What you'll be doing:**
+ Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams.
+ Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.
+ Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.
+ Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.
**What we're looking for:**
+ At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role.
+ At least two years’ foodservice experience; with emphasis on scratch cooking.
+ Proven track record of financial responsibility.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ ServSafe Manager certification.
+ Ability to travel as needed.
**Compensation:**
$65,000/year
