Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Floor Assembly Operator to join their team. As a Floor Assembly Operator, you will be part of the assembly department supporting the production of sensor modules. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills, excellent multi-tasking abilities, and a keen sense of organization which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Floor Assembly Operator - 2nd Shift
**Location:** East Walpole, MA
**Pay Range:** $19.29 - $24.11 per hour Upon experience
3:00pm to 11:30pm M-F
**What's the Job?**
+ Accurate and efficient assembly of sensor modules including wafer singulation and visual defect inspection.
+ Utilization of both manual and automated processes for module assembly.
+ Maintain accurate record keeping both manually and electronically.
+ Manage inventory effectively to support production needs.
+ Contribute to planning of manufacturing schedules and guide personnel in the work cell.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma and 1+ years of relevant work experience.
+ Basic computer skills to facilitate record keeping and inventory management.
+ Strong time management skills to meet production deadlines.
+ Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
