Summary

Position Highlights:

 

The Floor Team Leader supports team members who clean, polish, and refinish the flooring.  The Team Leader will ensure all areas of responsibility are completed by opening and closing the shift tracking Team Members progress, performing quality inspections, providing supplies equipment, and informing supervisor on the status of the team’s progress. This position performs a variety of duties that support the team in maintaining a clean environment for patients and staff

Ability to take initiative and follow oral/written instructions and communicate effectively Ability to work independently and unsupervised at times Evidence of a good driving record and maintain a good record per Moffitt Policy Takes ownership of issues and comes up with solutions Following cleaning and disinfecting protocols Ability to manage time and meet deadlines Produces high quality cleaning results

 

 

Credentials and Qualifications:

High school Diploma or Equivalent required. An additional six (6) month of experience may be considered in lieu of HS diploma/GED Two (2) years customer service experience One (1) year supervisor experience or project lead experience. Note: Internal candidates with 6 months supervisory or project lead experience may be considered One (1) year floor care experience Valid Driver’s License required.
