As a Sales Floor Manager, you will motivate and guide your sales team to success by ensuring our customers receive superior purchasing experience. Requirements + Minimum of 3+ years experience in a Powersports, RV, Marine or Automotive dealership setting. + Minimum of 1+ years experience in a leadership role in dealership setting. + Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays. + A motorcycle endorsement is not required, but welcomed. + A passion for powersports, understanding of the products and industry trends is strongly desired. + Excellent negotiation and closing skills, + Strong knowledge of finance products. + Customer service driven. + Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
