About This Job
The Floor Plan Administration Officer is responsible for supporting the Relationship Managers and a portfolio of marine dealers/dealer group(s) with highly complex lending and financial requirements. This role works closely with the Relationship Managers, credit and implementation teams, internal department personnel and external customers to complete a variety of tasks associated with the origination and servicing of commercial floor plan loans and lines of credit.Responsibilities:
Deepen relationships with dealers through day-to-day management of dealer accounts, assisting in the loan process, providing best-in-class customer service and acting as a liaison between dealers, manufacturers, and Relationship Managers.Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience, diffusing problems before they occur, evaluating alternatives and implementing effective solutions.Educate dealers on desired account and audit performance, self-service options, and best practices to ensure compliance with company policies and expectations.Review organization documents, borrowing resolutions and obtain beneficial ownership documents; Prepare required closing documents for new originations, modifications and renewals, evaluating them for accuracy, quality and regulatory conformance; engage with counsel as required; Complete pre-funding quality control review of documentation; manage all documentation within nCino loan origination system.Work with dealership personnel to ensure that audits are completed in compliance with LV procedures through the examination of inventory, sales documentation, and records for unaccounted inventoryReview floor plan addition, transfer and payoff requests received for completeness, accuracy and proper authorization; Assist with payments, upfront fees, draws, and wire transfers; Prepare assigned reports ensuring accuracy and developing efficiency improvements.Support cycle of continuous improvement of processes and controls by identifying and communicating opportunities for process improvement.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree3+ years' experience in banking or financial servicesPrior experience in floor plan operationsFundamental math/accounting/finance skills to understand debits, credits, balancing, amortization schedules, etc.Prior paralegal, commercial lending loan administration and/or closing experienceHigh confidence in reviewing and understanding legal loan documents and contract termsMotivated and extremely organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentInquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsFamiliarity with auditing software and equipmentExcellent resource utilizationCapable of managing several deliverables at onceAbility to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core ValuesAxos Employee Benefits May Include:
