Job Description:

Location: Buford, Georgia

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Floor Shipping Managers who are bilingual in English and Spanish in the Buford, GA area!

Responsibilities:

– General warehouse operations including shipping and inventory control
assigning daily work
– Operate forklift or other material handling equipment when needed
– Provides training, and direction, assigns responsibilities, and motivates all team members to
achieve department goals
– Works with peers across departments, to ensure overall facility success

Desired Background/Skills:

– 2-3 years as a lead in a warehouse or distribution center
– 2-3 years of operating a forklift
– 1-2 years operating in fulfillment or e-commerce
– Background in the flooring industry is highly desirable Skills
– Advanced knowledge of fulfillment and shipping orders
– High school diploma or equivalent
