Key accountabilities

 

Maintains the cleanliness of guest rooms, guest corridors and elevator areas to an impeccable standard.

Monitors the performance of colleagues in regards to the quality of cleaning, guest service, appearance and conduct.

Supports and maintain a positive work environment.

General requirements

 

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within Housekeeping in a Luxury Hotel environment with similar standards and expectations.

Ability to deal with a high level of work demand and pressure and show flexibility as well as understanding of the expectations.

Innovative and a natural organiser, highly detailed and able to engage with guests.

Turkish communication proficiency, and English as a secondary language is preferred.
